How do I book a ride

How do I download the app?

Our App is available from the Apple Store or Google Play. Just click on one of the following links: iPhone Android A QR Code also available on our website home page.

How can I pay for my ride?

You can pay by cash or card in the cab. We accept all makes of card and Apple Pay. Many drivers also take other types of payment such as Revolut and Monzo. Alternativily you can open an account with us please go to and fill in the form its as easy as that. Please note we will use the information to conduct a credit check.

How will I recognise my ride?

As soon as your ride request is accepted by the driver we’ll send you the following details: Drivers first name ETA Vehicle Make and Model Registration Number So you know exactly who to look out for at the time of arrival.

I need a receipt.

All Yellow Cabs vehicles carry receipt books and they can provide a hand written receipt for you. Should you pay by card then a receipt can be emailed or text to you.

I think I lost something in the car?

If you believe you have left something in one of our cars you need to do the following:

Check you messages to see if you have the driver details. This will speed up finding your lost item.

Then call our call center on 01534 888 888 and report your loss and give them the drivers detail.
